STE18-S is STS Standard compliant prepaid split keypad single phase electricity meter with a customer interface unit(CIU). It has ingress protection IP54 waterproof and up to 8 years battery life to show the real-time clock. This meter has excellent anti-tamper feature like terminal cover open detection sensor to help utility for revenue protection.
The meter and CIU have a LORA-RF module inside, they can communicate with each other with this module, so people can input the recharge Token when the meter is installed in a highly place. This meter also can communicate with AMI system via LORA-RF module, we can read,control,recharge the meter remotely.

Application:
Counting the electricity consumption of users over a period of time.

Meters can be set TOU Tariff by inputting corresponding TOKEN. Utilities can set step price on request.
E.g. Step 1: 00:00-07:00 Price1: $1/Kwh
Step 2: 07:00-17:30 Price2: $1.5/Kwh
Step 3: 17:30-24:00 Price3: $2/Kwh
2. Overdraft Collection
Electricity Overdraft can be collected day by day or month by month.
3. Anti-Tamper
Meter will automatically close the valve after detection of magnetic field and open cover event.
4. Overdraft Collection

5. Information Inquiry
Consumer could check the data like Credit Remain, Total Purchased and Total Credit by inputting the short code.
